Arts Centre Sunday

This is truly Melbourne’s premier market in the busy Southbank precinct just a short walk over the bridge from Flinders Street Station. A real favorite for those seeking treasures not found anywhere else.

Stall holders are selected individually based on the originality and quality of their products and work. There are more than 150 specialist stalls to browse, undercover, set in two locations at the Arts Centre. Stalls are setup between Hamer Hall and the theatres; and on the banks of the Yarra River.

On the banks of the ‘Yarra’ you will find unique products such as silk scarves, jewellery, organic goods, paintings, antiques, leadlight, original clothing, and so much more to capture your imagination.

People flock to this cosmopolitan setting with the boats on the river and beautiful goods for sale. You can even talk to many of the artists about their products and what inspires their work.

After you have had your fill of shopping take a stroll along the banks of the Yarra River, take in a movie, stay for lunch in any one of the excellent restaurants, and even visit the casino and the boutiques in the area. Spend a day in the centre of Melbourne and enjoy all it has to offer.
