The Brisbane MarketPlace in Rocklea comes alive on the weekends. On Saturday mornings, it is the perfect place to visit for fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, seafood, gourmet and deli foods, baked goods and so much else, all for the best prices. It is a place where haggling is expected and is a great place to stop for coffee, breakfast and to soak up the bustling atmosphere.

On Sundays it comes alive with the Discovery Market, Brisbane’s biggest Sunday market. It attracts more than 5,000 market goers that search all 380 stalls for a bargain. Here you will find quality plants, garden products, art and craft, toys and games, clothing, jewellery, software, and so much more.

The Brisbane MarketPlace is truly a unique experience and is well setup with shade sails to shelter under no matter the weather. Sit and relax with a coffee while you enjoy the entertainment in the international food court.

There is plenty of parking for everyone with a $3 fee which includes entry for all occupants into the market. There is also free street parking in the area. If you walk into the market off the street there is a $1 entry fee and children under 15 years of age are free.
